以NiSO4·6H2O为原料,N2H4·H2O为还原剂,NaOH调节溶液的pH值,控制反应条件为:Ni2+的浓度1.0mol·L-1;N2H4·H2O/Ni2+为2.0;NaOH/Ni2+为1.0;反应温度为90℃,将得到的沉淀物洗涤、干燥,得到了平均粒度为62nm的超细镍粉。考察了反应条件对还原反应的影响,并对制备的粉末采用TEM、XRD、IAS及BET法进行了表征。结果表明:本法制备的镍粉具有粒度小、分布均匀、纯度高等特点。NaOH的加入量对镍粉的纯度有影响。
