针对现有煤矿机车调度管理存在的效率低下等问题,提出一种基于WIFI的智能调度管理系统。系统采用双无线接口及区域分割的方法实现了车载终端与无线接入点之间的快速切换,有效减少无线接入点切换时延,保障通信的连续性。系统采用地理信息系统(GIS)技术实现了井下机车可视化调度管理,并可根据机车位置及运行状态自动扳道岔及闭锁敌对进路,提高行车速度。实际应用表明,系统运行稳定、可靠性高,提高了煤矿机车调度系统的智能化水平,对煤矿无线通信技术的发展和规范管理具有重要的意义。
Aiming at the problems such as the inefficiency of existing coal mine locomotive dispatching management, an intelligent dispatching management system based on WIFI is proposed. The system uses dual-radio interface and regional segmentation method to achieve rapid switching between the car terminal and the wireless access point, effectively reducing the switching delay of the wireless access point to ensure the continuity of communication. The system uses the GIS technology to realize the visual dispatching and management of the underground locomotive. It can automatically turn on the turnout and lock the hostile approach according to the position and running status of the locomotive to improve the driving speed. The practical application shows that the system is stable and has high reliability, which enhances the intelligent level of the coal mine locomotive dispatching system and is of great significance to the development and standardized management of the coal mine wireless communication technology.
