对两种热塑性纤维金属层板(AlTwintex和AlCurv)的成形性进行了试验研究。通过拉伸试验测得了两种层板的机械性能参数,发现AlTwintex和AlCurv层板相对铝板具有更为优良的机械性能,适合于冲压成形;不同温度预热后的弯曲试验表明,成形温度对两种层板的成形性有较大的影响。
The formability of two thermoplastic fiber metal laminates (AlTwintex and AlCurv) was investigated. The mechanical properties of the two laminates were measured by tensile test. It was found that the AlTwintex and AlCurv laminates had better mechanical properties than aluminum sheets and were suitable for stamping. The flexural tests after preheating at different temperatures showed that, The formability of the seed plate has a greater impact.
