本文的目的是通过一个案例分析,以展示中小企业如何灵活运用流程重组再造理论,使企业保持竞争优势并寻求进一步的发展。旨在启发实践者在运用管理理论的过程中,抓住理论核心并扩大其外延,在不断运用持续提高中达到应有的效果,而非固守在一个理论概念和框架之中徘徊犹豫。同时给广大企业家提供一个生动的案例:流程重组再造理论对企业发展的实际作用和现实意义。
The purpose of this article is to showcase how SMEs can flexibly apply the theory of process reengineering through a case study so that they can maintain competitive advantages and seek further development. It aims to inspire practitioners to grasp the core of theory and expand its extension in the process of applying management theory, and to achieve the desired effect in continuous application of continuous improvement, rather than stagnating and hesitating in a theoretical concept and framework. At the same time to provide a vivid case to the majority of entrepreneurs: the process of reengineering theory of the practical and practical significance for the development of enterprises.
