随着教育主管部门提出的“美丽校园”建设,各个学校越来越重视校园文化.校园文化是物质文化、精神文化和制度文化的有机结合,其中学校图书馆在校园文化建设中扮演了重要的角色,增强校园文化的软实力.加强学校图书馆资源建设、环境建设,提高图书馆员整体素质对校园文化建设尤其具有重要的作用.
