如果把班主任比作一个琴师,班级就是一篇乐章,学生则是乐章中的一个个音符。琴师对于乐章上的每一个音符都必须一视同仁,不因高音而偏爱,也不因低音而嫌弃。后进生就如同乐章中的低音符,怎样使他们也发出和谐优美的音调呢?多年来的班主任工作使我认识到,在对待后进生方面,要摸透情况,对症下药。
