面对新的教材、新的教学对象、新的质量要求,教师需要有很强的创新能力,使学生跃出教科书框架,学活书本,使课堂教学成为师生多向的,多中心的互动关系。注重激发学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生形成良好的学习动机,并创设符合教学内容要求的情境,从而养成自主学习的良好习惯。因此,在教学中,我努力关注学生学习情绪,积极营造平等、宽松、和谐的课堂教学氛围。
In the face of new teaching materials, new teaching objects and new quality requirements, teachers need to have strong innovative ability to make students jump out of the textbook framework and learn books to make classroom teaching a multi-directional and multi-center interaction between teachers and students relationship. Focus on stimulating students’ interest in learning to help students form a good learning motivation, and create contexts that meet the requirements of the teaching content, so as to develop good habits of self-learning. Therefore, in teaching, I try my best to pay attention to students’ learning sentiment and actively create an atmosphere of equality, loosening and harmony in classroom teaching.
