目的了解长期住院精神病患者的状况,分析其长期住院的影响因素.方法调查上海市金山区精神卫生中心2012年7月1日住院的精神病患者,共计396例,其中男患者287例,女患者109例.住院时间≥2年者213例;用自制的调查表对≥2年者精神病患者进行现况调查,并对相关调查结果进行统计学处理.结果长期住院精神病人的性别与住院时间、婚姻状况及住院时间与探视次数均有统计学意义.结论对长期住院精神病人,要缩短他们的住院时间,进行支持性心理治疗,注重精神康复,改善患者的社会生活环境十分重要.“,”Objective To understand the status of psychotic patients with long-term hospitalization, and analyse their influencing factors of long-term hospitalization. Methods Investigate 396 cases of the patients who stayed in Jinshan mental health center during July 1,2012. There were 287 cases of male,109 cases of female, among whom 213 cases stayed in our hospital for more than two years. They have been investigated by the self-designed questionnaires, the result of which have been analysed statisticaly. Rusults Many factors from the gender , the time of their hospitalization , their marital status and the times of visits from family members al have statistical significance. Conclusion It is important to curtail the period of hospitalization, to offer supportive psychotherapy, to emphasize mental recovery, to improve the living conditions of the patients
