目的收集难免流产患者绒毛染色体核型结果,探讨绒毛染色体异常原因。方法收集629例早孕难免流产绒毛染色体结果并分类;采取问卷调查,分析对绒毛染色体畸变的影响。结果①绒毛染色体正常348例(55.3%),异常281例(44.7%)。数目异常246例,结构异常35例。②绒毛染色体异常的122对夫妻的外周血染色体中异常核型25例,占10.3%。③绒毛染色体异常组女方的生活/工作环境、不良孕产史、每周工作时间、每周熬夜频率、每天电脑使用时间、酗酒与绒毛染色体正常组有差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论①染色体数目异常在异常绒毛染色体核型中比例最高,是导致胚胎早期难免流产的主要原因。②染色体发生突变是绒毛染色体异常的主要来源。③工作/生活环境、高不良孕产次与绒毛染色体异常相关。
Objective To collect chorionic karyotype results of patients with unacceptable abortion and to investigate the causes of chorionic anomalies. Methods 629 cases of early pregnancy unnatural abortion chorionic chromosome results and classification; to take a questionnaire survey to analyze the effect of chromosomal aberrations. Results ① chorionic normal chorion 348 cases (55.3%), abnormal 281 cases (44.7%). 246 cases of abnormal number, structural abnormalities in 35 cases. ② Fluff chromosomal abnormalities in 122 couples of peripheral blood chromosome abnormalities in 25 cases karyotype, accounting for 10.3%. ③ abnormalities in the chorionic villi group The woman’s life / work environment, poor pregnancy history, weekly working hours, weekly frequency of staying up late, daily computer use time, alcoholism and normal chorionic villus chromosome were different (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion ① Abnormal number of chromosomes in the abnormal hair chromosome karyotype in the highest proportion, is the leading cause of early embryo inevitable abortion. ② chromosomal mutation is the main source of chromosomal abnormalities. ③ work / living environment, high incidence of abnormal pregnancy and chorionic chromosome abnormalities.
