目的分析南海软珊瑚Sinularia dissecta中的微量成分。方法应用色谱进行分离与纯化,应用1D和2D NMR等波谱进行结构解析。结果从该软珊瑚中获得4种africane类倍半萜,它们的结构确定为9(S) ,10(R)-epoxyafricanane (1),△8(9)-africanen-10-one (2),9(S),15-dihydroxyafricanane (3)和△9(15)-africanene(4)。结论 9(S),10(R)-epoxyafricanane (1)为一新颖结构化合物,化合物2为从天然生物资源中首次获得。
Objective To analyze the trace elements of Sinularia dissecta in the South China Sea. Methods Chromatographic separation and purification were performed using 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy structural analysis. Results Four species of africane were obtained from the soft coral. Their structures were identified as 9 (S), 10 (R) -epoxyafricanane (1), △ 8 (9) -africanen-10-one 9 (S), 15-dihydroxyafricanane (3) and Δ9 (15) -africanene (4). Conclusion 9 (S), 10 (R) -epoxyafricanane (1) is a novel structural compound, and compound 2 is the first one obtained from natural biological resources.
