Coal and oil are considered as valuable provision and blood of industry in the world. Just because of its significance, there are always some countries which expand the military expense and invade other countries for obtaining oil resources; and there are always some countries which exploit excessively the resources of coal and oil, which lead to the emergence of sky holes and frequent earthquakes. It is estimated that around 2050 oil resource will be exhausted. A new energy crisis may hit the world unless the system of new energy can be established by then.
Being exposed to the dilemmas of energy crisis and environment crisis, Xiangtian Group has stuck to the development and application of explore and exploit new energy, preserved a balanced ecological environment of human beings, and strived to establish the development system of new energy. After the EXPO, many giant companies from these countries expressed their interests in cooperating with Xiangtian Group. Moreover, many countries would like to buy the patent of the world famous air power technology from Xiangtian Group. The surprisingly high attention won by air power technology on the 14th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo made Xiangtian Group more confident. In May, 2012, Xiangtian Group attended the 15th China Beijing International High-Tech Expo as scheduled. Excitingly, Xiangtian Group attracted the attention of various mainstream media once again and was invited by countries including Russia, Malaysia, Poland, ASEAN countries and Australia. As the spotlight of this EXPO, two air power buses were driven into the show ground. Apart from that, the Comprehensive Natural Resources Wind Tower Power Station was also in the full glare of the publicity, which helped people have a better understanding of the conversion from resource to energy. On this EXPO, Xiangtian Group not only attracted the attention from the public, but also won two awards, “Best Organization Award” and “Best Exhibition Award”.
With the success in two consecutive EXPOs, Xiangtian Group hit upon a new idea. On 25th May, 2012, Xiangtian Holding (Group) Company Limited, owning eight subsidiaries, was incorporated by the relevant administrative apartments in Beijing. At that day, Xiangtian completed the wholly-owned acquisition in the the Nasdaq OTCBB market, realized reverse merger and entered the stage of asset restructuring. It was named as Xiangtian(USA) Air Power Co.,ltd, with the stock code of GOAS. Nowadays, in the records of listing information on the official website of U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the information of Xiangtian(USA) Air Power Co., ltd is clearly available.
After being listed in the United States, Xiangtian Group still had many more great ideals. On September 20, 2012, Xiangtian Group attended the 2012 International Low Carbon Environmental Protection Green Industry EXPO held by UN World Peace Foundation and World Low Carbon Environmental Protection Union Association. On this EXPO, Xiangtian Group won the awards of “World Low Carbon and Environmental Protection Demonstration Base”, “The World's Most Influential Low-carbon Brand”, “World Low Carbon and Environmental Protection Millennium Prize”, “World Low Carbon Human Contribution Award”, and “World Chinese Outstanding Contribution Award”.

It was at the traditional festival – the Mid-Autumn festival, coinciding with the time of the National Day when Xiangtian Group decided to thank people from all over the world for paying attention to and supporting the air power technology and further promote and introduce this advanced technology. For this purpose, on September 28, 2012, Xiangtian Group, the National County Council of Economic Experts, and the Organizing Committee of the Earth & the Only Village National Large-scale Environmental Protection Activity invited jointly Melanie Druz and Roxanne Qua, Commercial Officers of the Embassy of the United States in China, Department of Economy, Amer Kovacevic, Bosnia-Herzegovina's Ambassador to China, Charles Madibo Wagidoso, Ugandan Ambassador to China, Zhong Lvfang, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Mauritius to China, Guan Degeng, Deputy General Manager of the EU Trade Center, Yang Jun, UN Environment Agency Director-General, Zhuang Zhaoji, U.S. Wall Street Capital Association Chairman, Xia Ronghuai, Chairman of the Federation of Chinese in the World, Zhang Sanshi, Honorary Chairman of the Federation of Chinese in the World, Wang Mantang, Vice-Chairman of the United Nations World Peace Foundation, Wen Shaokang, Director-General of the World Outstanding Chinese, Asia Catalyst, and many experts and leaders from US Asia-Pacific Group, World Low Carbon Environmental Protection Union Association, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, American Golden International Development Corporation and other units to get together in Xiangtian Holding Group’s Yanjiao Base. Hosted cordially and accompanied by Mr. Zhou Dengrong, Chairman of the Board, the guests visited the exhibition hall of the air power serial products. Through the staff’ explanation and demonstration, the guests became very interested in the “Xiangtian Air Power Core Energy”. After visiting the exhibition hall, they took a ride in an Air Power Bus, experiencing the huge change that can be possibly brought by this great invention to human race. All of the guests expressed their appreciation towards this technology. During this visit, Amer Kovacevic, Bosnia-Herzegovina's Ambassador to China said: “In the world today, the energy resource is reducing while the environmental pollution is increasing. Thus, we need his technology. It not only belongs to China, but also belongs to the world.” On November 16, 2012, UN Industrial Development Organization, UN Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization, and International Energy Conservation Protection Environmental Association held the 5th (China) World Economic and Environmental Conference in Beijing. During the conference, Xiangtian Holding (Group) Company Limited won the “Carbon Gold Ecological Practice Award”. It was even a more striking piece of news that on December 28, 2012, Xiangtian Group was selected into the People's Republic of China Yearbook 2012 published by Xinhua News Agency. By the bilingual publication of this yearbook, the development process of Xiangtian Group in the key period was recorded and published in more than 100 countries and regions around the world, which symbolized that Xiangtian Group made a firm step towards the world.
