采用胡萝卜圆片法、VDYA-PCNB培养基,分别从豌豆病根和田间土壤中分离到到根串珠霉(Thielaviopsis basicola)。在CA、PDA、V-8培养基上,菌落日平均生长直径分别为0.72厘米、0.68厘米、0.64厘米;0.5厘米直径菌片上内生分生孢子数分别为1040000个、800000个、320000个。麦茬田土壤带菌量为277.7个繁殖体/克干土,豌豆茬田土壤带菌量为1111.1个繁殖体/克干土。致病性测定豌豆、大豆、兵豆、蚕豆病株率均为100%。
The carrot disk method, VDYA-PCNB medium was used to isolate Thielaviopsis basicola from pea root and field soil, respectively. On CA, PDA and V-8 medium, the average daily growth of colonies were 0.72 cm, 0.68 cm and 0.64 cm, respectively. The number of endospore conidia on 0.5 cm diameter bacteria was 1.04 million, 800,000 and 320,000 respectively. The amount of soil-borne bacteria in wheat stubble field was 277.7 propagules per gram of dry soil, and the amount of soil-borne stubble in pea stubble field was 1111.1 propagules per gram of dry soil. Pathogenicity determination peas, soybeans, military beans, broad bean disease rate was 100%.
