在国内外研究的基础上,提出一种新型装配整体式混合框架结构体系.首先,介绍了此结构体系中约束混凝土柱、钢筋混凝土组合梁以及预制板的制作.其次,通过柱-柱节点和梁-柱节点的受力试验得到以下结论:装配柱的抗倒塌性、弹塑性转角以及延性系数要比现浇柱的更加优越;设有外包钢管的装配式柱构件的滞回曲线呈理想的梭形,其柱脚有很好的耗能性能,故而使梁-柱节点安全可靠.最后,通过该结构体系的实际工程应用表明该结构具有节能环保、节省资料和劳动力、减少施工工期等特点.
Based on the researches both at home and abroad, a new type of integrated hybrid frame structure system is proposed.Firstly, the fabrication of confined concrete columns, reinforced concrete composite beams and prefabricated slabs is introduced.Secondly, The stress-bearing tests of beam-column joints show the following conclusions: the collapse resistance, the elasto-plastic corner and the ductility coefficient of the assembly column are more superior than those of the cast-in-situ column; the hysteretic curve of the fabricated column with the cladding steel tube is ideal Fusiform and its legs have good energy dissipation performance, so that the beam-column node is safe and reliable.Finally, through the practical engineering application of the structural system, it shows that the structure has the characteristics of saving energy, saving data and labor and reducing the construction period .
