随着市场经济的发展,经济纠纷的大量涌现和经济案件的逐年增加,执行难问题日益凸显。本文指出委托调查的出现将有利于执行难问题的解决,并对此做了简要的论述。
With the development of market economy, the emergence of a large number of economic disputes and the increase of economic cases year by year, the issue of implementation becomes increasingly prominent. This article points out that the appearance of commissioned investigation will be helpful for the solution of difficult problems and gives a brief discussion about it.
