目的全面了解北京铁路地区高层建筑二次供水卫生管理状况。方法统一制定调查表格,现场调查询问。查阅2012年生活饮用水监测档案,收集及整理监测数据。结果北京铁路地区高层建筑二次供水设施共114套,其中无负压供水设施76套,水箱供水设施38套。日常维护及管理分别属于22家铁路产权单位和7家物业公司。二次供水档案管理方面,21家单位法律法规资料欠缺,23家单位供水设施的工程设计资料欠缺,15家单位水质检测报告欠缺,25家单位管水员的培训记录欠缺。采用水箱供水方式的预防性卫生监督、水泵房日常巡视检查记录和水泵房内整洁状况等指标合格率较低,分别为18.42%,60.53%,75.00%,与无负压供水方式合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在水箱硬件设计及管理方面,水箱溢水口防护网罩合格率为66.67%,水箱距离墙壁、顶壁合格率分别为75.00%和77.78%。紫外线灯管更换记录和水箱清洗消毒记录合格率分别为25.71%和31.58%。结论该地区管理单位二次供水档案缺失严重,采用水箱供水方式管理问题突出。应加强二次供水档案管理,加强对水箱二次供水的监督检查。
Objective To understand the secondary water supply and sanitation management of high-rise buildings in Beijing railway area. Methods to develop a unified survey form, on-site inquiry. Check 2012 drinking water monitoring files, collect and organize monitoring data. Results There were 114 sets of secondary water supply facilities for high-rise buildings in Beijing Railway Area, including 76 sets of negative pressure water supply facilities and 38 sets of water tank water supply facilities. Routine maintenance and management belong to 22 railway property rights units and 7 property companies. In respect of secondary water supply archives management, information on laws and regulations of 21 units was lacking, engineering design information of water supply facilities of 23 units was lacking, water quality inspection reports of 15 units were lacking, and training records of 25 unit water pipe crew were lacking. Preventive sanitation supervision using water supply method of water tank, inspection record of daily inspection of water pump room and cleanliness condition of water pump room were lower with a pass rate of 18.42%, 60.53% and 75.00%, respectively. Comparing with pass rate without negative pressure water supply, The difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). In terms of tank hardware design and management, the qualified rate of tank overflow protection grilles was 66.67%. The qualified rates of water tank from the wall and top wall were 75.00% and 77.78% respectively. UV lamp replacement records and tank cleaning and disinfection record pass rates were 25.71% and 31.58%. Conclusion The secondary water supply files of the management units in this area are lack of seriousness and the problem of adopting water tank water supply management is outstanding. Should strengthen the secondary water supply file management, strengthen the secondary water supply tank supervision and inspection.
