以飞机轮胎分解机对飞机轮胎压胎变形过程为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench软件对压胎变形过程进行有限元分析,得到轮胎变形云图和合理的压盘进给量;同时通过ANSYS Workbench设计探索模块Design Exploration对压盘结构的锥角度和厚度进行优化,研究此两尺寸对压胎变形量的影响程度,并求得压盘最合适的锥角度和厚度。
Taking the aircraft tire disassemble machine as the research object, the finite element analysis of tire deformation process was carried out by ANSYS Workbench software to get the deformation map of the tire and the reasonable pressure plate feed. At the same time, the exploration module was designed by ANSYS Workbench Design Exploration optimized the taper angle and thickness of the platen to study how these two dimensions affect the amount of platen deformation and determine the most appropriate cone angle and thickness for the platen.
