目的 探讨合欢皮乙醇提取物在荷瘤鼠体内的抗肿瘤活性。方法 采用 EL - 4细胞株建立 C57BL/6小鼠荷瘤模型 ,在不同时间给予合欢皮乙醇提取物注射 ,观察其对荷瘤小鼠存活时间及荷瘤生长速度的影响。结果 该提取物能明显地抑制小鼠荷瘤的生长速度 ,延长荷瘤鼠的存活时间。结论 合欢皮乙醇提取物具有较好的体内抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To investigate the anti-tumor activity of ethanol extract of Albizia julibrissin in tumor-bearing mice. Methods The C57BL/6 mouse tumor model was established with EL-4 cell strain. At the same time, ethanol extract of Albizia julibrissin was injected to observe the effect on the survival time and tumor-bearing growth rate of tumor-bearing mice. Results The extract could significantly inhibit the growth rate of tumor-bearing mice and prolong the survival time of tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion The ethanol extract of Albizia julibrissin has good antitumor effect in vivo.
