应用溶剂化金属原子浸渍(SMAI)法制备了4种不同金属含量的Ni/SiO_2催化剂。XRD、化学吸附和磁测定结果表明,随着催化剂中金属含量的升高,Ni颗粒的平均直径增大,与金属含量相同的用普通浸渍(CI)法制备的Ni/SiO_2催化剂相比,SMAI催化剂的分散度和在二丙酮醇、苯的加氢反应中的催化活性要离得多。同时还观察到了Ni颗粒大小对二丙酮醇和苯加氢反应催化活性的影响。
Four kinds of Ni / SiO 2 catalysts with different metal content were prepared by solvothermal metal atom impregnation (SMAI). The results of XRD, chemisorption and magnetic measurements show that the average diameter of Ni particles increases with the increase of the metal content in the catalyst. Compared with the Ni / SiO 2 catalyst prepared by the common impregnation (CI) method, SMAI The dispersibility of the catalyst is much more dissociated from the catalytic activity in the hydrogenation of diacetone alcohol and benzene. The effect of Ni particle size on the catalytic activity of diacetone alcohol and benzene hydrogenation was also observed.
