对圆形刀片切削加工中的切屑流向进行了试验研究,并应用模糊集理论对试验结果进行了分析,得出了进给量、背吃刀量、切削速度、刀片直径与切屑流向之间的关系,及在不同切削条件下切屑流向的变化规律,从而对圆形刀片在实际生产加工中,如何控制切屑的流向提供了数据资料.
The flow direction of chips in the cutting process of circular inserts was studied. The results of the experiments were analyzed by using the fuzzy set theory. The relationship between the feed rate, the amount of back feed, the cutting speed, the diameter of the insert and the flow direction of chips The relationship between the chip and the chip flow direction under different cutting conditions, which provides the data on how to control the chip flow in the actual production and processing of the circular blade.
