目的:观察芋菇颗粒对人肠癌Lo Vo裸鼠移植瘤生长的影响。方法:建立人肠癌Lo Vo细胞荷瘤小鼠动物模型,随机分为模型组、阳性对照组、芋菇颗粒高、中、低剂量组、芋菇颗粒醇提组,连续给药28d后,测量肿瘤长、宽及质量后,计算抑瘤率。结果:人肠癌Lo Vo皮下移植瘤小鼠给予不同的药物后,芋菇颗粒低、中、高剂量组的肿瘤质量抑制率分别为24.39%、37.40%及57.72%,肿瘤体积抑制率为21.60%、40.00%、56.8%,芋菇颗粒中、高剂量组肿瘤质量及体积均低于模型组(P<0.01)。芋菇颗粒醇提物组对瘤体的质量抑制率和体积抑制率为47.15%、49.6%,与模型组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。随着剂量增加,抑瘤率有增加的趋势。结论:芋菇颗粒对人肠癌Lo Vo裸鼠移植瘤有较好的抑瘤效果,且呈现量效关系。
Objective: To observe the effects of Taro Granules on the growth of human ovarian cancer LoVo transplanted tumor. Methods: The animal model of human colorectal cancer LoVo cell-bearing mice was established and randomly divided into model group, positive control group, high, medium and low dose groups of Taro mushroom, and group of Taro granule alcohol. After continuous administration for 28 days, After measuring the tumor length, width and mass, calculated tumor inhibition rate. Results: The inhibition rates of tumor mass of low, medium and high dose group of Tongmu granule were 24.39%, 37.40% and 57.72%, respectively, and the tumor volume inhibition rate was 21.60 %, 40.00% and 56.8% respectively. The tumor mass and volume in the medium and high dose groups of Kunmu granula were lower than those in the model group (P <0.01). The inhibitory rate and volume inhibition rate of tumor of alcohol extract group of Tongmu mushrooms were 47.15% and 49.6%, respectively, which were significantly different from the model group (P <0.01). With the increase of dose, the rate of inhibiting tumor has an increasing tendency. Conclusion: There is a good antitumor effect of Taro granule on the transplanted tumor of human colorectal cancer LoVo in nude mice, and the dose-effect relationship appears.
