目的 评价细胞凋亡检测用于实体瘤体外化疗药物敏感试验的可行性。方法 对Ⅲc期原发性上皮性卵巢癌实体瘤细胞行体外分离培养 ,使用 6种不同的抗肿瘤药物对其进行处理 ,经 5天培养后 ,制成细胞涂片 ,末端标记法观察不同药物作用后细胞凋亡情况。结果 发现源于不同病例的卵巢癌实体瘤细胞对不同抗癌药物的敏感性存在差异 ,同一种抗癌药物对不同病人卵巢癌实体瘤细胞产生的凋亡程度不同。结论 细胞凋亡检测用于肿瘤的药物敏感试验具有能直接了解药物诱导肿瘤凋亡情况 ,快速、操作相对简单和不需要特殊设备等优点。
Objective To evaluate the feasibility of detecting apoptosis in chemosensitivity test of solid tumor in vitro. Methods The primary tumor cells of grade Ⅲc primary epithelial ovarian cancer were isolated and cultured in vitro. Six different anti-tumor drugs were used to treat them. After five days of culture, the cells were smeared and the terminal markers were used to observe different drugs After the role of apoptosis. The results showed that ovarian cancer stem cells from different cases of different anti-cancer drug sensitivity of different drugs, the same anti-cancer drugs on different patient ovarian cancer solid tumor cells have different degrees of apoptosis. Conclusion Apoptosis detection for drug sensitivity test of tumor has the advantage of being able to directly understand the drug-induced apoptosis of tumor, being quick, relatively simple to operate and not needing special equipment.
