以五氧化二钒和草酸为原料,制备了高品质草酸氧钒。研究了反应温度、反应时间和草酸配加系数对草酸氧钒溶液品质及反应过程的影响。结果表明:液固反应体系中,草酸与五氧化二钒质量配比2∶1,反应温度50~60℃的条件下,可制得满足技术目标的草酸氧钒溶液。使用XRD、SEM及EDS对草酸氧钒固体进行了表征,衍射图谱与VOC2O4·5H2O基本吻合,原辅料满足草酸中Na含量小于0.01%等条件时,可制得高品质草酸氧钒。
Using vanadium pentoxide and oxalic acid as raw materials, high quality vanadyl oxalate was prepared. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time and oxalic acid addition coefficient on the quality and reaction process of vanadyl oxalate solution were studied. The results show that the vanadyl oxalate solution which can meet the technical target can be obtained under the condition of the mass ratio of oxalic acid and vanadium pentoxide is 2:1 and the reaction temperature is 50-60 ℃ in liquid-solid reaction system. XRD, SEM and EDS were used to characterize the vanadyl oxalate. The diffraction pattern was basically consistent with VOC2O4 · 5H2O. When the raw materials satisfied the condition that the content of Na in oxalic acid was less than 0.01%, high quality vanadyl oxalate was obtained.
