围岩注浆加固是处理隧道盾构施工通过软弱破碎围岩段的有效措施,通过对普通硅酸盐水泥单液浆、普通硅酸盐水泥-水玻璃双液浆、新型杰夫莱双组份化学浆液等3种注浆材料的实验对比研究,确定采用新型杰夫莱双组份化学浆液作为中天山隧道节理密集带围岩TBM施工的注浆加固材料。通过现场应用,证明该新型化学注浆材料可满足施工要求。
Surrounding rock grouting reinforcement is an effective measure to deal with tunnel shield construction through weak and fragmentized surrounding rock sections. Through the comparison of ordinary Portland cement single slurry, Portland cement-water glass double slurry, Chemical slurry and other three kinds of grouting material experimental comparison study to determine the use of new Jeffrey two-component chemical grout as the Zhong Tianshan tunnel joint dense belt surrounding rock TBM construction grouting reinforcement material. Through on-site application, it is proved that the new chemical grouting material can meet the construction requirements.
