目的:观察比较砷致皮肤癌、非砷致皮肤癌及皮内痣在细胞核浆面积比(核浆比)及细胞核形态计量参数间的区别,为研究砷致皮肤癌提供形态学方面的参考指标,为鉴别皮肤良恶性肿瘤提供指标。方法:对砷致皮肤癌、非砷致皮肤癌和皮内痣3种组织的每例石蜡块分别行常规HE染色,用MIAS-300图像分析仪对细胞进行核浆比及细胞核的形态计量学参数(灰度、形状因子、最小直径、最大直径、周长、面积、颗粒数)进行定量测定。结果:核浆比、细胞核形态计量参数(灰度、形状因子、最小直径、周长、面积)在皮肤癌(砷致、非砷致)和皮内痣之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在砷致与非砷致皮肤癌之间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:核浆比、细胞核形态计量参数是鉴别皮肤良恶性肿瘤较理想的形态学指标,但尚不能用于砷致皮肤癌与非砷致皮肤癌的鉴别。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the difference between nuclear ratio of cytoplasm (nuclear cytoplasm) and nuclear morphometric parameters of arsenic-induced skin cancer, non-arsenic-induced skin cancer and intradermal nevus, and to provide a morphological reference for the study of arsenic-induced skin cancer , To identify indicators of benign and malignant tumors of the skin. Methods: The routine HE staining was performed on each paraffin block of arsenic-induced skin cancer, non-arsenic-induced skin cancer and intradermal nevus, and nuclear cytoplasm ratio and nuclear morphology were measured by MIAS-300 image analyzer Parameters (grayscale, shape factor, minimum diameter, maximum diameter, circumference, area, number of particles) were determined quantitatively. Results: There were significant differences in nuclear plasma ratio, nuclear morphometric parameters (grayscale, shape factor, minimum diameter, perimeter, area) between skin cancer (arsenic induced and non - arsenic induced) and intradermal nevus (P < 0.05), while there was no significant difference between arsenic-induced and non-arsenic-induced skin cancer (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The nucleus-plasma ratio and nuclear morphometry parameters are the ideal morphological indexes for differentiating benign and malignant tumors of the skin. However, they can not be used to distinguish arsenic-induced skin cancer from non-arsenic-induced skin cancer.
