目的:探讨5S管理方法在急诊科成本控制中的应用价值。方法:在急诊科的成本绩效管理工作中,全面引入5S管理方法进行管理。结果:急诊科成本控制工作中引入5S管理方法后,明显减小了科室的运行压力,科室的物资管理趋于合理化,物品占有的资金为主要科室一次性物品的库存量,并且仍在逐年降低。另外,通过实施5S管理方法,不仅提高了临床医护人员的工作效率和医疗辅助科室的满意度,而且树立了科室的高大医疗形象。结论:在控制急诊科成本的工作中,有效结合与运营5S管理理念,可以帮助控制科室成品,有效管理科室物品资源成本,同时节约了人力成本。
Objective: To explore the value of 5S management in the cost control of emergency department. Methods: In the cost of performance management in the emergency department, the full introduction of 5S management methods for management. Results: The introduction of 5S management method in the cost control of emergency department significantly reduced the operating pressure of the department, rationalization of departmental material management, the inventory of the items occupied by major departments and the quantity of one-off items still decreasing year by year . In addition, through the implementation of 5S management methods, not only improve the work efficiency of clinical staff and the satisfaction of medical support departments, but also set a high medical department image. Conclusion: In the control of the cost of emergency department, the effective combination and operation of 5S management concept can help to control departmental finished products and effectively manage departmental resource costs while saving labor costs.
