本文研究了红松种子抑制物质的提取、分离、提纯和鉴定的方法,并比较了用水和不同有机溶剂提取的效果.通过纸层析、薄板层析、生物测定、显色反应、气相色谱和紫外光谱的测定,证明红松种子主要的抑制物质是脱落酸.从而为研究打破红松种子休眠提供了理论依据.此外还验证了脱落酸在紫外光不同时间照射下,含量所发生的变化.
In this paper, the methods of extracting, separating, purifying and identifying the seeds of Pinus koraiensis seeds were studied, and the effects of extraction with water and different organic solvents were compared. The effects of extraction with water and different organic solvents were studied by paper chromatography, thin layer chromatography, bioassay, The results of ultraviolet spectrum showed that the main inhibitory substance of korean pine seeds was abscisic acid, which provided a theoretical basis for studying the dormancy of korean pine seeds. In addition, the change of content of abscisic acid under different ultraviolet light irradiation was also verified.
