我省东关水泥厂一条高压管线,正常工作压力13MPa,材质20~#钢,规格为:φ48×6、φ32×6、φ20×3mm3种。设计要求φ32与φ48、φ32与φ32、φ20与φ32mm管子由三通连接。施工图要求冲压三通,但厂无货。我们根据《高压管道、管件及紧固件通用设计技术条件》(H31-67)采用焊接三通。本文以φ32与φ20焊接三通为例,说明焊接工艺的可行性。采用手工钨极氩弧焊打底,手工电弧焊盖面的焊接方法。焊丝选用H08Mn2SjA,其直径为2mm;焊条为J427,其直径3.2mm。焊
