分析了聚合物共挤出技术应用的特点及存在的缺陷,气体辅挤出成型技术的机理以及其具有的减黏降阻特点。将以上两种技术结合起来形成气辅共挤技术能起到互补的作用。介绍了现有气辅共挤成型的流程和气辅共挤口模的大致形状,并提出了气辅共挤成型工艺的实体和有限元模型。最后介绍了气辅共挤成型工艺的研究现状和发展前景。
The characteristics and existing defects of polymer coextrusion technology were analyzed. The mechanism of gas - assisted extrusion molding technology and its characteristics of reducing viscosity and decreasing resistance were analyzed. The combination of these two technologies to form gas-assisted co-extrusion technology can play a complementary role. The current gas-assisted co-extrusion process and the general shape of the gas-assisted co-extrusion die are introduced. The physical and finite element models of the gas-assisted coextrusion process are also presented. Finally, the research status and development prospects of gas assisted coextrusion molding process are introduced.
