文章基于我国医患矛盾现实,突破新古典经济学的研究范式,利用行为经济学理论分析了我国当前的医患矛盾。我国的医患关系中存在着禀赋效应、公平偏好不一致、自利服务偏差、情绪、乐观偏见等多种心理现象,是诱发医患矛盾的重要因素。对此,政府和医院要通过各种正式与非正式的制度建设,对医患双方的心理现象进行有效控制,减少因非理性行为导致的医患矛盾,促进和谐医患关系的构建。
Based on the contradictory reality of doctors and patients in our country, the article breaks through the research paradigm of neoclassical economics and analyzes the current contradiction between doctors and patients in our country by using behavioral economics theory. There are many psychological phenomena such as endowment effect, inconsistent fair preference, self-serving service bias, emotion and optimistic bias in the doctor-patient relationship in our country. It is an important factor that induces the contradiction between doctors and patients. In this regard, the government and hospitals through various formal and informal system construction, effective control of the psychological phenomenon of both doctors and patients, to reduce contradictions between doctors and patients due to irrational behavior and promote the construction of harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
