目的:为了解海安县食物中毒应急能力的现状,进一步规范食物中毒应急处置工作。方法:对2000~2007年海安县发生的36起食物中毒处置资料进行分析。结果:卫生监督和疾控机构基本能履行自身职责,但仍存在报告不及时、餐饮业管理制度不建全、调查取证人员经验不足、实验室的检测能力不足等问题。结论:应强化食物中毒报告意识;加强食物中毒处置相关人员的岗位责任制和能力培养;加强食物中毒技术的应用。
Objective: To understand the current situation of food poisoning emergency capacity in Haian County, further standardize the emergency handling of food poisoning. Methods: Thirty-six food poisoning cases occurred in Haian County from 2000 to 2007 were analyzed. Results: The health supervision and disease control agencies basically fulfilled their duties, but there were still problems such as the report was not timely, the restaurant management system was not built, the investigation and evidence collection personnel lacked experience, and the laboratory lack of detection capability. Conclusions: Awareness of food poisoning reporting should be strengthened; job responsibilities and capacity development of personnel involved in food poisoning should be strengthened; and the application of food poisoning technology should be strengthened.
