前几年乡镇企业发展“过热”现象,席卷着中国大地,也冲昏了一些人的头脑。到1988年,“苏南模式”作为中国乡镇企业发展的模范典型,吸引了各地许多参观者。我们也曾经雄心勃勃地制定了到1990年实现亿元村的宏伟计划。可是,企业发展的内、外部不利的现实严峻地摆到了眼前,使我们不得不冷静下来。我们从1988年上半年开始,冷静地分析了国家经济发展的状况、市场情况及企业内部潜在的不利因素,思想上为企业结构的调整做好了准备。
The phenomenon of “overheating” in the development of township and village enterprises in previous years has swept through the land of China and has also stunned some people’s minds. By 1988, the “South Jiangsu model” was a typical example of the development of Chinese township enterprises, attracting many visitors from all over the country. We have also made ambitious plans for the realization of the 100 million yuan village by 1990. However, the unfavorable reality of the internal and external development of the enterprise has been severely put in front of us, and we have to calm down. Starting from the first half of 1988, we calmly analyzed the state of economic development in the country, market conditions, and potential unfavorable factors within the company. We are ideologically prepared for the adjustment of the corporate structure.
