坚持用法治的理念和法治的方式构建、协调、发展劳动关系,正是工会参与国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的切入点,也是我们纪念《劳动法》颁布20周年的真正意义所在。1994年7月5日八届全国人大常委会第八次会议表决通过的《中华人民共和国劳动法》在中国第一轮改革开放的深入推进中、在保护劳动者权益的时代强音中脱颖而出,成为新中国成立以来调整劳动关系第一部基本法,其鲜明的一条红线就是维护劳动者的合法权益。
