近年来,随着城市建设步伐的整体加快以及外部环境的日趋复杂,通信光缆维护工作面临越来越大的压力。工程施工、交通肇事及偷盗等人为事件造成的光缆线路阻断日益增多,局部地区线路损坏情况时有发生,护线工作形势不容乐观。城市化进程的加速,也对通信网络产生了较大影响,城区通信管道维护压力增大,城区外开发区、工业园区建设带来的杆线迁移十分频繁。面对这样的复杂局面,如何借助优势资源共同推进通信光缆的建设和维护工作,成为通信运营企业亟须解决的问题。中国移动江苏公司常州分公司(以下简称常州移动)携手当地驻军,合力书写了新时代通信建设和通信维护的新篇章。

The movement of poles outside the urban development zones and industrial parks has shifted very frequently. Faced with such a complex situation, how to jointly promote the construction and maintenance of communications optical cables with superior resources has become a pressing issue for telecom operators. Changzhou Branch of China Mobile Jiangsu Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Changzhou Mobile), together with local troops, worked together to write a new chapter in the communications construction and communications maintenance in the new era.
