最近,中国企协研究部召开研讨会,对河南安阳齿轮厂等8个企业所创造的管理方法进行了交流、研讨。这些方法各有不同,都具有一定的科学性、系统性、可操作性和很强的适应性。有的方法虽还不够完善,但仍不失为强化承包经营过程管理的有效方法。如果所有实行承包经营的企业都能这样做,一改“以包代管”的状况,我国企业管理的总体水平将会有一个很大的提高。这8种管理方法是:企业效益保证法、规范化工作法、责任价格控制法、模特(MOD)法、定置管理法、三标三效管理法、企业优化管理法、无声作业优效工作法。为使读者对“八法”有个总体了解,本刊在本期上对它们作一简要介绍。
Recently, the China Enterprise Association Research Department held a seminar to exchange and discuss the management methods created by eight companies such as the Henan Anyang Gear Factory. These methods are all different, and they all have certain scientificity, systematism, operability, and strong adaptability. Although some methods are not yet perfect, they are still an effective method to strengthen the management of the contracting business process. If all enterprises that have contracted management can do so, and change the status of “relying on behalf of the package,” the overall level of enterprise management in China will be greatly improved. The eight kinds of management methods are: enterprise benefit guarantee method, standardized work method, liability price control method, model (MOD) method, set management method, three standard three-effect management method, enterprise optimization management method, and silent job superiority work method. In order to give the readers a general understanding of the “eight methods,” the journal will briefly introduce them in this issue.
