我厂从1971年开始潮型铸造,现在汽车起重机一百四十多种铸件全部实现了潮型潮芯生产。其中有重170公斤,有5个复杂芯子的箱体;有壁厚110毫米,重260公斤的铸件。滑轮铸件改为新工艺后,滑轮绳槽部分可直接铸出,不需机加工,光洁度可达(?)3。该工艺简单易行、效率较高、粉尘降低、铸件精度和光洁度较高,废品率稳定在4%左右。我厂还用此工艺铸出2.5吨重的导轨磨床床身和10吨大平台铸件,无缺陷,质量良好。现将潮型铸造工艺简介如下。一、型砂在潮型铸造中,铸件质量在很大程度上取决于型砂性能,因此对型砂要加强管理和控
