目的乡村女性家庭医生在临床实践中,面临着保持工作-生活平衡的挑战。本研究旨在探讨支持乡村女性家庭医生保持工作-生活平衡的个人化和专业化建议,以提高其长期职业满意度。方法采用半结构式问卷,对美国乡村女性家庭医生进行访谈。记录访谈信息,并进行专业转录和分析,对提炼出的主题进行详细编码。结果最终确定受访乡村女性家庭医生25例。提炼出的保持工作-生活平衡策略包括:(1)减少工作时间或采用弹性工作制,以实现个人角色平衡;(2)与配偶、同伴、父母或社区中的其他成员建立支持性关系,以能够更迅速地为患者提供服务;(3)工作与生活间保持清晰界限,以确保充足的育儿、娱乐及休息时间。结论乡村女性家庭医生可以在临床实践中构建成功的职业生涯,但这有赖于良好的领导支持、人际关系及诊疗方法。教育工作者、领导、社区及政策制定者可以调整自身实践,以帮助乡村女性家庭医生实现工作与生活的平衡。
Purpose The rural female family doctor faces the challenge of maintaining a work-life balance in clinical practice. The purpose of this study is to explore personalized and professional advice that supports rural women GPs in maintaining a work-life balance to enhance their long-term career satisfaction. Methods Semi-structured questionnaires were used to interview American rural female family doctors. Record interview information, conduct professional transcripts and analyzes, and encode the extracted topics in detail. As a result, 25 rural female family doctors interviewed were finalized. The refined work-life balance strategies include: (1) reducing working hours or using flexible work-sharing to achieve a balance of personal roles; (2) establishing supportive relationships with spouses, peers, parents, or other members of the community to (3) Clear boundaries between work and life to ensure adequate parenting, recreation and rest periods. Conclusion Rural female GPs can build successful careers in clinical practice but rely on good leadership support, relationships and therapies. Educators, leaders, communities and policymakers can adapt their practices to help rural female GPs achieve work-life balance.
