应用榄香烯乳静脉滴注治疗恶性肿瘤患者３０例，观察治疗前后病人红细胞免疫功能的变化。结果显示，榄香烯乳组治疗后红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（Ｅ—Ｃ３ｂＲＲ）明显高于治疗前，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１），红细胞免疫复合物花环率（Ｅ—ＩＣＲ）和循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）明显降低，差异有显著性意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）。提示，榄香烯乳对红细胞免疫功能有促进作用，这为榄香烯乳应用于临床抗肿瘤治疗提供了更多的理论依据。
Elemengeous milk was used to treat 30 patients with malignant tumors. The changes of red blood cell immune function before and after treatment were observed. The results showed that the rate of C3b receptor rosette (E-C3bRR) was significantly higher in the elemene group after treatment than that before treatment (P<0.01), and the rate of red blood cell immune complex rosette (E-ICR) ) and circulating immune complex (CIC) decreased significantly, the difference was significant (P <0.01). It is suggested that elemene milk can promote the immune function of red blood cells, which provides more theoretical basis for the application of elemene milk in clinical anti-tumor therapy.
