目的:探讨强化服务意识在提高急诊临床护理质量方面的应用效果。方法:随机选取推行服务意识强化行动后的急诊患者50例,为观察组。同时随机选取推行服务意识强化行动前的急诊患者50例,为对照组。比较两组患者的满意度、护理质量、护理事故发生率、患者心理状态及护理人员整体护理服务理念评分等指标。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患者满意度有显著提高,且焦虑及抑郁状态有明显缓解,服务质量显著提高,护理事故发生率有明显下降,护理人员整体护理服务理念评分显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:推行以人为本的护理理念,强化服务意识,有助于提高急诊临床护理质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of strengthening service consciousness in improving the quality of emergency clinical nursing. Methods: Randomly select 50 cases of emergency patients after intensive service awareness training as observation group. At the same time, randomly selected 50 cases of emergency patients before the implementation of intensive service awareness, as the control group. The two groups of patients’ satisfaction, quality of care, incidence of nursing accidents, psychological status of patients and overall nurse service concept score were compared. Results: Compared with the control group, the patients in the observation group improved significantly in satisfaction, alleviated the anxiety and depression status, significantly improved the quality of service, significantly reduced the incidence of nursing accidents, and significantly improved the overall nursing service concept of nursing staff (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of people-oriented nursing concept, enhance service awareness, help to improve the quality of emergency clinical care.
