因致伤行为先后的不同,造成被害人颅脑损伤死亡的案例时有发生,往往需要鉴定人通过尸体检验,分析是何次行为造成的损伤导致的死亡,以分清行为人的责任。笔者经手过一个案例,根据急性硬膜下血肿病理类型和临床表现判断是何次致伤行为导致的死亡,为办案部门提供了鉴别行为责任人的依据,现报告如下。 Due to the different causes of injury, the cases of death caused by craniocerebral injury often occur.
