1.一般资料:本组30例中,男性16例,女性14例,年龄在8～55岁之间,平均年龄31.5岁,均有中耳炎病史,病程在2～34年之间,平均8年,均位于患耳的同侧。 2.症状与体征:有发烧史或就诊时正在发烧者21例,头痛伴呕吐24例,视神经乳头水肿14例,眼球震颤16例,肢体共济失调13例,颈强9例,巴氏征一侧阳性7例,入院时昏迷1例。 3.其它检查:10例做腰穿提示化脓性脑膜炎,3例行脑室造影有诊断价值,7例行头CT扫描可明确病变的部位,多数可明确病变的性质。 4.治疗方法与结果:单纯穿刺治疗8例;脓肿穿刺加摘除6例,死亡2例;摘除16例,死亡1例。

Treatment methods and results: simple puncture in 8 cases; abscess puncture plus removal of 6 cases, 2 cases of death; removal of 16 cases, 1 case of death.
