河南省的一些小型水库大部分建成于20世纪50-70年代,由于先天不足及后期运行管理缺失普遍存在不同程度的病险问题,随着城市化的快速发展,水库功能及其下游土地利用情况发生了较大的变化,因此对水库的防洪、供水、景观功能及其行政管理提出了更高的要求。基于小型水库除险加固项目中所用到的防渗漏技术,结合实际案例,全面分析了提升防洪能力、提升坝体防渗能力、提升坝坡防渗抗震能力以及提升涵洞稳定性的有效方法和技术,为项目顺利实施与实现预期目标提供可靠的技术支持。
Most of the small reservoirs in Henan Province were built in the 1950s-1970s. Based on the leakage prevention technology used in the project of strengthening and eliminating small reservoirs and combining with practical cases, this paper comprehensively analyzes the effective methods of enhancing flood control capacity, improving the seepage prevention capacity of dam, improving the anti-seepage and anti-seismic capacity of dam slope and improving the stability of culvert Technology, for the smooth implementation of the project and achieve the desired goals to provide reliable technical support.
