目的了解本地区女性阴道炎患者病原体的感染状况,探讨阴道炎病原体感染与当地季节变化的关系。方法采集妇科门诊就诊的阴道炎患者的阴道分泌物,以生理盐水涂片法进行滴虫和假丝酵母菌的检测,以唾液酸酶法进行细菌性阴道病的快速检测。结果①在9187例送检样本中,共检出滴虫196例(2.1%);检出假丝酵母菌2229例(24.2%);细菌性阴道病阳性2690例(29.3%)。②在4185例阳性检出标本中,滴虫、假丝酵母菌、细菌性阴道病检出率分别为4.7%、53.2%和64.3%;细菌性阴道病分别合并滴虫和假丝酵母菌感染者占22.2%。③全年1~12月滴虫、假丝酵母菌和细菌性阴道病的的检出率分别为1.1%~3.0%、15.8%~30.8%和23.1%~43.3%,滴虫检出率在不同月份之间比较无差异,假丝酵母菌和细菌性阴道病的不同月份之间的检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=75.05,126.03,P均﹤0.001)。1~12月滴虫、假丝酵母菌和细菌性阴道病的检出率,圆分布分析平均角分别是168.1°±74.2°、186.9°±74.2°、258.2°±78.2°(P均﹤0.05),三者的高发时间分别是6月20日左右、7月9日左右和9月19日左右。结论本地区阴道炎患者假丝酵母菌和细菌性阴道病的检出率较高,高发时间在7~9月份,提示本地区假丝酵母菌性阴道炎和细菌性阴道病的发病可能与当地气候条件有关。
Objective To understand the prevalence of pathogen infection among female vaginitis patients in this area and to explore the relationship between the infection of vaginitis pathogen and the local seasonal changes.
