人在患病时,由于胃肠消化吸收功能降低,往往食欲不振、饮食无味,因此很多病人喜欢吃甜食,但糖不可食之过多。如果改用蜂蜜,则可扬长避短。首先,食用蜂蜜比吃糖容易消化吸收。蔗糖在化学结构上是一种双糖,吃进胃肠道之后,需特定的消化酶把它分解为单糖(葡萄糖和果糖),才能被机体吸收利用。而蜂蜜中所含的糖分就是容易被消化吸收的葡萄糖和果糖,消化吸收较快,不会对胃肠带来过多的负担。
