目的考察补阳还五汤中提取过程中的最佳提取溶媒。方法根据IGC方法所测到不同探针分子的t0、tR、F、PiP0等参数,得到主要成分黄芪甲苷、苦杏仁苷、芍药苷、盐酸川芎嗪、阿魏酸、琥珀酸的溶度参数。结果黄芪甲苷的溶度参数δ2为21.02±2.4[J·cm~(-3)]1/2,阿魏酸的溶度参数为δ224.17±1.3[J·cm~(-3)]1/2,;苦杏仁苷的溶度参数δ2为26.53±1.1[J·cm~(-3)]1/2,;芍药苷的溶度参数δ2为24.21±1.2[J·cm~(-3)]1/2;盐酸川芎嗪的溶度参数δ2为17.98±0.8[J·cm~(-3)]1/2,琥珀酸的溶度参数δ2为23.15±0.9[J·cm~(-3)]1/2,叠加后得到补阳还五汤的溶度参数为22.35[J·cm~(-3)]1/2。结论查表得出与补阳还五汤溶度参数相近的溶媒为水(δ2为23.4[J·cm~(-3)]1/2),即得出补阳还五汤的最佳溶媒是水。
Objective To investigate the best extraction solvent in the extraction process of Buyang Huanwu Decoction. Methods According to the parameters of t0, tR, F and PiP0 measured by IGC method, the solubility parameters of the main components of astragaloside, amygdalin, paeoniflorin, ligustrazine hydrochloride, ferulic acid and succinic acid were obtained. . Results The solubility parameter δ2 of Astragaloside Ⅳ was 21.02 ± 2.4 [J · cm -3]] 1/2, and the solubility parameter of ferulic acid was δ224.17 ± 1.3 [J · cm -3] 1/2, and the solubility parameter δ2 of amygdalin was 26.53 ± 1.1 [J · cm -3] 1/2. The solubility parameter δ2 of paeoniflorin was 24.21 ± 1.2 [J · cm ~ (- 3)] 1/2; the solubility parameter δ2 of ligustrazine hydrochloride is 17.98 ± 0.8 [J · cm -3] 1/2 and the solubility parameter δ2 of succinic acid is 23.15 ± 0.9 [J · cm ~ ( -3)] 1/2, the solubility parameter of Buyang Huanwu Decoction obtained after superposition is 22.35 [J · cm -3]] 1/2. Conclusions The table shows that the solvent with the same concentration as that of Buyang Huanwu decoction is water (δ2 is 23.4 [J · cm -3]) 1/2, which means that the best solvent of Buyang Huanwu decoction Is water
