研究了退火工艺对压下率为23.7%、30.5%、36.4%的AZ31镁合金的影响,结果表明,经过退火处理,镁合金板材的显微组织得到了明显改善,晶粒等轴化,孪晶消失,晶界变得清晰;退火后板材的显微硬度大幅度下降;由于退火的软化作用,抗拉强度有所下降。
The effect of annealing process on the wear rate of AZ31 magnesium alloy with the reduction rates of 23.7%, 30.5% and 36.4% was studied. The results show that the microstructure of the magnesium alloy sheet has been obviously improved after annealing. The equiaxed grains and twin The crystal disappears and the grain boundary becomes clear; the microhardness of the sheet decreases greatly after annealing; and the tensile strength decreases due to the softening effect of annealing.
