加工中心又叫多工序自动换刀数控机床。是在单工序数控机床的基础上发展的、更高级的数控机床。与单工序数控机床相比,它不但能进行功能差别很大的多工序加工,如大吃刀量的粗铣加工和小吃刀量的链孔精加工,高转速的钻孔和低速度的攻丝、绞孔,而且能在各工序之间自动换刀,把各个工序连结成一个整体。使得原来需要在多台数控机床上分头加工的各工序,在一台机床上就能全部完成。所以国外把它命名为加工中心,其含意无非指全能型加工机床。与单工序数控机床相比,除了多一个刀库和换刀机械手外,还必须在性能上同时满足多
The machining center is also called multi-process automatic tool changer CNC machine tool. It is a more advanced CNC machine tool developed on the basis of single-process CNC machine tools. Compared with single-step CNC machine tool, it can not only perform multi-process processing with greatly different functions, such as the rough milling of large amount of knife and the precision machining of the chain hole with a small amount of knife, high-speed drilling and low-speed attack. Wires, reaming holes, and automatic tool change between processes, connecting the individual processes together. This makes it possible to complete all processes that originally required separate machining on multiple CNC machines on one machine. Therefore, it is named as a processing center abroad, its meaning is nothing more than all-round processing machine tools.
