以党的十四届三中全会为契机,我国的改革开放和现代化事业进入了一个新的历史时期.在建立社会主义市场经济体制的新形势下,工会工作遇到了哪些新问题,发生了哪些新变化?这是广大工会工作者极为关心的问题.具有中国特色的社会主义理论是我国现代化事业的根本指导思想.在研究和探索新形势下的工会工作时,也必须用这个理论来回答问题、解决问题.基于上述思想,笔者认为,社会主义市场经济条件下的工会工作主要有5个变化:一、经营方式和利益分配的多元化,使工会的代表作用日益增强.在过去计划经济体制下,社会群体间的利益差别被掩盖了,矛盾表现不够明显.在旧体制下的企业

When we study and explore the work of trade unions in the new situation, we must also use this theory to answer questions , Solve the problem.Based on the above ideas, I believe that there are five main changes in the work of trade unions under the conditions of the socialist market economy: First, diversification of the mode of operation and the distribution of benefits, so that the role of trade unions is increasingly representative.Under the planned economy in the past , The differences in interests among social groups were obscured, and the contradictions were not obvious enough. Enterprises under the old system
