目的对颅内血管介入治疗缺血性脑血管病的疗效及预后情况进行分析.方法采集2017年3月至2019年8月于我院接受治疗的缺血性脑血管病患者30例,所有患者均接受颅内血管介入治疗,通过治疗前后情况的对比,探讨实际治疗效果.结果经过对比后,相较于治疗前,治疗后患者Vs与Vd得到有效改善(P<0.05);经过对比后,相较于治疗前,治疗后患者NIHSS得到有效改善(P<0.05);经过治疗后,患者存活率为93.3%.结论在缺血性脑血管病临床治疗中,可通过颅内血管介入方法进行治疗,促进患者生命体征指标的改善
