西藏被喻为“歌舞的海洋”。西藏传统音乐概括起来分为四大类:即民间音乐、藏戏、宫廷音乐和宗教音乐,在民间音乐中又属藏族民歌数量多、分布广、品种多。藏族民歌绝大部分采取与歌舞结合的形式,其载歌载舞,活泼生动。2013年7月中国音乐学院博士班跨越西藏21个县,调研了五大风格区中藏中农区、藏北草原、藏东昌都音乐及珞巴音乐。本文将重点以西藏林芝地区鲁朗镇扎西岗村为考察对象,展开自己对其一些粗浅的认识。
Tibet has been described as “sea of song and dance ”. Traditional Tibetan music can be summed up into four categories: folk music, Tibetan opera, court music and religious music. In folk music, it is also a large number of Tibetan folk songs with a wide distribution and many varieties. The vast majority of Tibetan folk songs and dance to take the form of combining its singing and dancing, lively and vivid. In July 2013, Ph.D. classes from China Conservatory of Music spanned 21 counties in Tibet and investigated the Tibetan-Chinese middle-aged farming areas in the five major styles, the grasslands in northern Tibet, the music in Qamdo and the Lhoba music in eastern Tibet. This article will focus on Zhaxiang Village, Lurong Town, Nyingchi Prefecture, Tibet as the object of investigation, and carry out some superficial understanding.
