河南省服务业增加值占GDP的比重仅为30%,较全国平均值少了10个百分点,所以加快发展服务业成为河南省的一项重大而长期的战略任务。发展河南省服务业有多种途径,合理利用FDI是促进服务业发展的重要因素之一。本文通过1992~2006年河南省服务业发展的历年数据,根据影响河南省服务业利用FDI的因素,建立模型对比分析广东省服务业利用FDI的情况,研究河南省如何采取措施,合理利用FDI发展服务业,在现阶段具有重要的应用价值。
The added value of service industry in Henan Province accounted for only 30% of GDP, 10 percentage points less than the national average. Therefore, accelerating the development of service industry has become a major and long-term strategic task in Henan Province. There are many ways to develop service industry in Henan Province. The rational use of FDI is one of the important factors to promote the development of service industry. Based on the historical data of service industry development in Henan Province from 1992 to 2006, this paper establishes a model to compare and analyze the utilization of FDI by service industry in Guangdong Province based on the factors influencing service industry utilization in Henan Province, and studies how Henan Province can take measures to make rational use of FDI development Service industry, at this stage has important application value.
